All Orders over $50 require a nonrefundable retainer of 1/2 down at the time of ordering. Final payments are due no later than 8pm a week BEFORE pickup. Any order not paid in full on time will be Cancelled without refund. NO EXCEPTIONS! Deposits can be paid via Cash App, Apple pay, Venmo, Square and Zelle!

Please be sure to be precise with details on how you would like your cake/treats etc. made! This includes batter/flavors, Cake details (inspirational photos) etc. We do not replicate cakes from other artist but can create similar designs.

​In order to place an order with Bee's Sweets Pittsburgh you are required to fill out and sign the contract that you will find within the order form. Once the order form is completed an invoice will be sent to you! The order form can be found using the below link.

 

​*Once your cake/order leaves my possession IT IS NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BEE'S SWEETS Pittsburgh! (No exceptions!) If there is an issue with your order you must express your dissatisfaction at the time of the exchange*. NO REFUNDS will be given to you once the exchange is completed. (You cannot keep possession of items you're dissatisfied with and expect a return of funds. ONLY Future credits will be given. )
